We didn’t look past one feature when designing AIBI Watches. With this said, we went with a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry.
The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass. It is resistant against normal wear and tear but should be used with care.
The expected life length of the battery is 2 to 4 years depending on outer conditions such as heat/cold. The battery is a silver oxide cell battery(standard button cell).
Yes! The leather wristbands are made of Italian calf leather and are treated with vegetable oil.
Classic AIBI Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact small amounts of water(splash proof). Just know, swimming in general or diving off the coast of Bali isn’t what we mean by water resistant. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 5 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

To place your order, your choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Orders to the United States are shipped from Los Angeles warehouse; Orders to other parts in the world are shipped from Shenzhen warehouse.
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we do our best to resolve the issue.
It is our goal to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Therefore, any product can be returned or exchange for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch and contact [email protected] to schedule the return.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a return number within 1-2 business days.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
We can dropship for you. Drop-shipping means your supplier (AIBIWATCH) sends goods directly to your customers, but as far as your customers are concerned, they bought the products from you and they have no contact to AIBIWATCH. Any registered AIBIWATCH member can drop-ship products directly from China to international customers.
There is usually no MOQ on most items. You can order 1 piece at a time of items with no MOQ.
Yes, we ship worldwide - anywhere served by the couriers DHL, FedEx, UPS, which is pretty much everywhere.
Yes. You can drop-ship simply by entering a new address in the shipping address field during the online checkout process. Don’t add the shipping address to your order comments as that may be missed during our warehouse processing. You must change the shipping address for the order. You may, if you wish, enter your dropship customer’s address in the Paypal payment process, but this is not necessary.
Yes. We can send you the invoice via email if needed.
Yes. When dropshipping the packages we send does not have anything with AIBIWATCH on it, and neither do the products apart from a plain packing label. The invoice that must accompany ALL packages for customs reasons also will not be in the name of AIBIWATCH.
