Shipping & Delivery

AIBI Watch offers free shipping to customers all over the world. We will ship orders within 2 business days and it usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver to you. Orders to the United States are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse; Orders to other parts in the world are shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse. Customers will receive a tracking number when orders have been dispatched from our warehouse. Privacy & Security does not sell, rent or loan your information to any third party. We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures we have implemented reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
The Site uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of any information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. In addition, only those employees and third parties who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access.
Returns & Exchanges
It is our goal to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Therefore, any product can be returned or exchange for store credit for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch and contact [email protected] to schedule the return.
If you want to exchange your product, please follow the return instructions above to send your watch back to us. You can make an exchange of a product of the same or less value. If you wish to exchange a more expensive product, we will make a refund and notify when it is done. You can place a new order with a new watch at any time.
To place your order, your choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 5 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely am issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for an typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information(this often solves the issue).
Customers can choose to pay with paypal, credit or debit cards. With payment by credit or debit cards, Gleepay manages all of our banking transactions. AIBI Watch does not handle any credit card numbers.
Pay with a Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Gleepay with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, AIBI Watch may automatically cancel your order.
AIBI Watch has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Complaints Terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to AIBI Watch should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 10 USD in shipping return will be charged. AIBI Watch has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
